If you are the victim of a crime and are not satisfied by the services you have received and/or feel that your rights as a crime victim have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Office of the Crime Victims’ Ombudsman (CVO) using the following procedure:
- Access the complaint form.
- Complete the form online and submit it to CVO electronically.
- CVO will email you to verify your submission. Your reply email will give the CVO the legal authority to conduct a formal inquiry on your behalf.
